Banner Pole Hire

Bookings for Banner Pole Hire must be submitted on the official Richmond Valley Council Banner Pole Hire application form (link listed below) and are required to be received by Council no less than 14 days prior to the requested hire period.

It is a prerequisite that all applicants read and understand Richmond Valley Council's Banner Pole Hire & Banner Design Policy and Administrative Guidelines. These can be found on Council's website by clicking on the links below.

Paper-based copies of all documents are also available. Please phone Council on (02) 6660 0300 to arrange for collection or forwarding of these documents.

For any enquiries and bookings regarding banner pole hire, banner design requirements, manufacture and bookings, please telephone Council’s Events Officer on (02) 6660 0300.

Please note: To use the Banner Pole Hire Application Form you will need to save it to your computer and open it with Adobe Acrobat or other compatible program. Alternatively, you can open the form, complete the information in the fields required and print it immediately (you cannot save your edits electronically). Should you choose this option, please scan and return via email to council@richmondvalley.nsw.gov.au or return by fax to the Tourism and Promotions Officer on (02) 6662 5511.
