Selection and Interview

A selection panel will be convened and applications will be assessed. A short list of applicants will be determined, who will be invited for an interview. If you are successful in gaining an interview you will be informed via email or SMS usually within two weeks of the closing date.
At interview, the panel will determine your suitability for the role by asking a combination of technical and experience based questions which relate to the essential and desirable criteria in the role description. The interview will follow a structured process and the panel will ask all applicants the same questions. They may follow up in more depth with individual applicants if necessary.
The panel will then rate each candidate's performance against our scoring criteria and determine a preferred candidate listing.
We will advise you before we contact your nominated referees. A number of other verification checks may also be required. You will be advised of these should you progress to this stage.
